In the mean time it’s interesting that Leo Tolstoy has offered the same words of wisdom. What I take from these words is this….humans, by nature tend to look outside of themselves for answers, or better yet…for finger pointing.

The power to change the world lies within each of us. And as described in my blog post about Gandhi’s quote, the power to change is far greater when one focuses on him or herself first. You will be amazed at how you can affect the “vibration” of the planet by simply changing who you choose to be yourself. Do not look to anyone outside of you to join you either. This is probably one reason why our evolution is seemingly slow. We tend to want to change in groups and influence each other to our own ways. This approach is futile for many reasons which are all perfect in their own way.

You need to break away from the approval of anyone else but yourself. Let go of being right and allow others to be right if that is what they need. You can simply let it go. And in letting go, you will notice that an enormous amount of freedom and peace will surround you and build up around you as you practice this way of being. You will also begin to notice that the need to be right from others will dissolve right in front of you as if you have diffused a bomb. This is powerful.

Take responsibility for change in this world by simply being an example of one who changes himself first.  People will come to you when they are ready to be as you are…when they recognize the ease and grace with which you exist in the world.

Your experience of shift has occurred.  It is occurring still in other aspects of life on earth.

Much of your experience now is blessed with new sight.  You see differently.  You feel more deeply.

You connect more intimately from the (heart). Take now and expand the heart for that is where your knowing comes from. This is where your dreams reside and with the refocusing on the heart and away from the (old) memories of the old book of the soul you open the new book of the soul.  In it you find it resides in all of you.

The new book of the soul is a continuous wave that reaches the consciousness of what you call the Divine and tugs at your physical being to be allowed TO BE. This long lost being is found in the heart.  It hears your breath and the rhythm of universal life. It collects vibrations that match your hearts desires and leaves you hungry for more. It leaves you filled to overflowing with love and gratitude, wonder and passion. It flows with compassion and understanding, joy and life itself.  It manifests being from the beingness of al life and connects you intimately with your hearts desires. There is no limit here. There are only limitless bounty and abundance and it has been waiting for you for eons.

The new book of the soul is like no other before. It is the culmination of all that is contrast to what has once been said to be dark or lower vibration. This is enlightenment to the light of love. This is the squiggle and breath that resides so limitless and infinite through all beingness.

The new book of the soul moves and integrates with you and about you filling your cells and channels, your energy fields and those with whom you come into contact. Those is more than what you perceive, whether by sight or to be animate or alive. All is alive. All vibrates the energy of life. You are apart of it all and it a part of you and together you will feel at One.

The new book of the soul is connected and unified. It has neither depth nor depthlessness. It is the source of what you call Miracle. It is the source of the soul itself.

The new book of the soul has pages that are filled with your endless imagination. It can not hold karma. It can not hold memory. It only connects and moves; it integrates and connects. There is nothing faster calibrating, nor faster moving – not even light. This is beyond the Merkaba, beyond the state of mastery; for there is no light that is not shining, nor energy that is not vibrating perfectly in alignment with the source of the soul. There is nothing to master over. For divine understanding is relative and perfect as well.

The new book of the soul will be as coming home at last to the one you love most dear. You are at calm peace. You are confident and serene. You can not “slide” from this place or go back to where you thought you were. It is now and now IS.

The possibilities are endless and limitless. The human form has changed for those who have crossed over to the new book of the soul. We can now share this with you: the new book of the soul is like Atlantis in very small ways. The new book of the soul is how you say, heaven on earth. There is no death. There is no fear. There is only love. From now is now. Watch and know as you connect rapidly with those of your kind, with those crystal beings who were born unto you, with those who have traveled similar paths to come to be at one in what we call heaven on your earth.
It is not with some sadness you might feel regret and some aspects of grief upon leaving the earth you long knew. But how quickly love envelopes you, welcoming you into what you have longed for and prayed for and imagined.

You will find it fun and surprising at first how easily life becomes your hearts desires. It is exactly as if “no” is not uttered you. You become one with all and they feel their divine source through you and so pay service to their own self by serving you and those with whom you connect and who connect with you.

And so a family unlike the separateness you once knew grows in joy and thrives.

This is where your story begins.

This is where we will share the joy of being you.

The Map of Consciousness, created by Dr. David R. Hawkins and his team of consciousness researchers, is a logarithmic scale of 1-1000. One point on the Map of Consciousness is exponential in nature and is a quantum leap above the point below it. Where is Jesus on the Map of Consciousness?

For relative reference and points of interest:

• Only 4/10th’s of 1 percent of the world’s population calibrates at 500 or above. Someone calibrating at this level has the ability to offset the negativity of 750,000 people calibrating below the level of life affirming power of 200.
• One individual calibrating at 300 offsets the negativity of 90,000 people below the level of 200.
• 50% of the United States calibrates at 200 or below. 78% of the world’s population calibrates at 200 or below.
• 600 on The Map of Consciousness is the entryway into enlightenment.
• 1000 is the level at which life’s avatars (those who comprehend advanced states of enlightenment) like Jesus and The Buddha reside. 1000 is the highest level one can be and still remain in the body. When someone at this level of consciousness resides on the planet, she/he has the power to offset the negativity of the entire planet!

There are now over 22 people residing on the planet today that calibrate at 600 or above. HOLY MOLY! This is significant if you consider the fact that there was a period of time, now termed The Dark Ages when no one on the planet calibrated above the level of 600 for Hundreds of Years! There is SERIOUS change going on now and we all are a part of it!

Acceptance calibrates at 350 on the Map of Consciousness (see below). It is an exceptionally positive level of energy and may be considered an entryway to the understanding that one is the “source and creator” of one’s life and experiences. An individual “vibrating” at or near these  levels of consciousness has the power to counterbalance the negativity of more than 90 thousand people below the life affirming consciousness level of 200.

It is a quantum leap above the level of willingness which is calibrated at 310 on the map of consciousness and is discussed on our page about willingness and willingness to change. Click here for more about willingness.

“At this level of awareness, a major transformation takes place, with the understanding, that one is oneself the source and creator of the experience of one’s life. Taking such responsibility is distinctive of this degree of evolution, characterized by the capacity to live harmoniously with the forces of life….

…Acceptance allows engagement in life on life’s own terms, without trying to make it conform to an agenda.There’s emotional calm with acceptance, and perception is widened as denial is transcended….

Acceptance has to do essentially with balance, proportion, and appropriateness…”

These are simply examples of what the level of acceptance looks and feels like. You know where acceptance resides easily for you. Take that feeling and apply it to something new in your life, and start at a place that is relatively easy and new to do. We’d like to introduce you to Dr. David R. Hawkins Map of Consciousness as first introduced in his now famous book Power Vs. Force. The Map of Consciousness is a scale of 1-1000 where anything, anyone, any idea that is, or has ever been, can be calibrated as to its level of truth or “consciousness”.

The scale of this map is not arithmetic, but logarithmic, so a calibration of 300 on the Map of Consciousness is not only two times that of a calibration of 150 on the Map, but 10 to the 300th POWER! You Are the Ruler of Your Own Body!

We’ve all heard it again and again the phrase “Mind Over Matter”. And now we are being introduced to more and more information and validation of this truth.

In Dr. David R. Hawkins’ newest book Healing and Recovery he offers another interesting perspective on this topic.

If you are not familiar with his writings and research (which we highly recommend throughout our website and is the basis for many of our “knowings” and understandings), we will introduce it briefly here.

Dr. Hawkins is a pioneer in the research of human consciousness. His vast research has spawned the development of his now famous Map of Consciousness.

The Map of Consciousness is a logarithmic scale of 1-1000, where the Level of Consciousness at the 200 level is where power and life affirming consciousness begins. The level at 600 is the entryway unto enlightenment. Everyone and everything that is and ever has been can be calibrated for its level of consciousness.

Because the scale is logarithmic and not arithmetic, a leap in even 1 point on the Map of Consciousness is ASTRONOMICAL! For example:

200 on the Map of Consciousness equals 10 to the 200th power!!!!

600 equals 10 to the 600th power!!! HOLY MOLY!

The “Really Good News” is that the consciousness of your body is inherently at the level of 200, which is life affirming, positive, and powerful!

The consciousness level of the mind is inherently at 400. It is SIGNIFICANTLY MORE POWERFUL THAN THE BODY!

When I understood this, I realized how important it was for me to start telling my body what to do, how to be, and what to remember! These are some of the things I have chosen to tell myself and my body:

“Forget every negative thing I ever said about you!…and please forgive me for my ignorance.”

“You are eternally youthful, vibrantly healthy and radiantly beautiful!” Just because humans believe aging exists does not mean it has to. I now choose to look like I’m in my early 30′s indefinitely!

“Disease and illness does not exist!” I do not give my attention to anything or anybody that carries on about illness. People LOVE to carry on about illness. I choose to walk away, and sometimes it sounds so funny to hear this type of talk that I can’t help but laugh! Of course, I don’t win popularity contests when I do, I sometimes just can’t help it because I know it is so UNTRUE once you decide that it is!

Now if I feel any discomfort in my body I tell my body and myself it is simply the energy of past incorrect thought working its way out. It’s spiritual ascension it is anything you want to call it, just let it go.

This way of thinking is not necessarily welcome in many circles….until it is. In the mean time, in order not to get discouraged or be sabotaged my anyone (you know who this might be for you) I recommend keeping most of your positive life affirming ways of thinking to yourself and simply BE the example for others. It takes time and practice and a change in your way of thinking. I know how eager one can feel to share new ideas and ways of being like this!

When others are ready to hear what you have to say on any matter, they will ask and by Law of Attraction you will attract to you those beings that are in harmony with your way of thinking and being and then share away! Have fun! Draw more and more of what you want in your life…..be that eternal youth, radiant, beauty, vibrant health or a new car. It’s up to you.

As Abraham says from The Teachings of Abraham and The Law of Attraction, “You are the creator of your own life. You get FULL CREDIT!”

I love that! You can’t blame anyone else for anything in your life. This is empowerment to me! I now take FULL credit for everything that shows up. You can too!

He provides powerful insights and instructions as to how to overcome many health issues of this day. As I am very sensitive to powerful and highly conscious teachings, I can attest to the powerful nature of these teachings. I can feel the energy/consciousness of this book shift me significantly in a powerful and life affirming way, as all of his books have proven to be.

First of all, your free will.: Keep it. Activate it. Act on it. Your free will is yours only – unique to every living being in the physical plane. With free will comes a unique creativity that can only be experienced on your physical plane. Embrace your free will.

Embrace your free will no matter what creative aspect comes of it. Creativity is divinely guided and lovingly inspired and that can not be stopped. The expression of creativity can manifest differently where free will meets fear. Fear is also a humanly unique experience that has been taught to the masses of all living beings who have encountered humans. It is a human gift of free will that has been expressed with less than divine outcomes – that is the outcomes that do not serve the bearer of free will’s highest good and the good of others – that has caused so much suffering, resistance and opposition in your realm.

When free will is allowed – that is given free reign through divine source – to express truth that serves one’s highest good and the good of others then the miracle of creation is experienced. This happens through conceiving and allowing the reproduction of a species. This happens through the shared joy of a celebration. This happens when something good is reaped from a less than divine situation. This happens when expansion of thought occurs. This happens whenever we breath.

Breath indeed is the allowing and accepting of all of life. Breath is universal on your planet. Air is abundant, free and limitless. No one does think before taking a breath, “Is there enough for me? Is there enough for others if I breathe in more deeply? When will the air I breathe run out? Shall I store extra air somehow for that eventuality?”  None of these have entered your conscious thinking at this level and therefore you are at peace with it as a species.

Think for a moment what has happened to water. Even those of you who have ample water sources that are potable buy extra water and bottle it when you have it flowing from your taps or bubbling through the land around you. You have some how created a fear of lack and limits surrounding the issue of the water you drink. And this happened slowly over hundreds of years. At some point someone thought to try to “sell” water…and by now most of you have also bought into the idea and think no less than buying water and settling into the mind set of lack.

The same thing had occurred with petroleum and oil, the liquid mineral that you have found takes you places and keeps you warm, cool, and dry all at the same time. It is a miracle the creativity of this discovery and yet over time you found a way to create a mind set of scarcity and lack. This happened more than once in your recent industrial history. But truly there is no lack.

There is no lack to the gifts mother earth has to offer. The illusions of fear that instill the mindset of lack and scarcity have created an energetic imbalance. Mother Earth will do all she can to correct the imbalance. And she does because she loves us. She may offer more rains, more sun or expel the earth from within the upper crust, providing nutrients and carbon for further growth and development of life.

And now most presently is the drama and energy around money. With more money than ever circulating in more places around the earth than ever, there exists, hilariously, a growing fear and mindset that there is not enough and that you will run out. People are throwing it away faster than it can be printed. Others are hoarding scarce minerals and stones to support the fear of scarcity and lack. On the one hand you fear it so much you beg for change. And of course, when change arises, heels are dug in and you fear that too. Not an easy thing to do!

And all of this is distraction. Your human and earth kinds are indeed experiencing an advancement of enlightenment that is one of its kind because never before has the earth been as populated as it presently is populated. So many souls have chosen to bear witness and experience this ascension process and the unity of all beings and that is why you are together here on earth to experience this ascension towards unity. To be part of heaven on earth.  Fortunately the distractions we talked about above are just that: distractions and nothing more. They are not powerful energetic movers. Fear is not the bulldozer here. Love is. Love moves. And love is the way home. And you all know this and that is why you are here today. You are all longing for home and you will find it one by one in your own heart and in the heart of the one next to you, where ever you are and are not.

In this blog we discuss levels of consciousness as calibrated by Dr. David R Hawkins in his decades of exploration into the study of consciousness. The power inherent in higher levels of consciousness can be better understood when you look at Dr. Hawkins Map of Consciousness and see where the power “to be the change you wish to see in the world” exists.

On the Map of Consciousness, Mahatma Ghandi calibrated at 760*. Someone calibrating at 760 has the enormous authority to counterbalance the negativity  of more than 70 million people* calibrating below the level of integrity of 200 on the Map of Consciousness…just by being who they are.

The map of Consciousness is logarithmic. 700 on the map = 10 to the 700th power! 1000 on the map is 10 to the 1000th power! Avatars of history like Jesus, Buddha, Krishna, and Zoroaster calibrate at 1000.

Now that you have a perspective on this….consider the following:

So I started a chakra healing practice (among other things this year). I also very suddenly became somewhat of a mystic/medium a few years ago. I am clairvoyant (I see without my eyes, typically in my 3rd eye). I am clairaudient… I hear words, guidance, (and interference) from non physical dimensions. Sometimes I am clairsentient (I feel communications)..among other things.

I am aware of the power of healing music and sound healing and I was considering the use of healing sound in my practice. I “heard” one morning (from, you may call it a guide or advisor) the phrase….

“Body and Soul knows Ohm”.

I just happen to have a CD called Roots of Awakening …by Layne Redmond. Its a very soothing chanting CD that’s got Ohm all over it! I guess my friends were just cluing me in as to which healing sounds to use!
