Dance to the rhythm of your heart and allow heaven to touch the earth through you.

Dear God,

I come to you in a moment of quiet and with a prayful soul.  I ask that you be my shepherd, so that I may go within my own heart deeper than I have ever gone before.  Please be my  guiding light on this journey.  I know for me to live the life I was meant to live, I must drop my walls of protection, I must drop my towers of control, and I must drop my fences of solitude.   Living my life from the inside out!

My heart is ready for the quest to begin.  It’s been waiting a long time.  Please help me to understand the path I am on.   What does it mean to live from deep within?  I know that it feels peaceful.  There is no resistance…just allowance.  I have an image of my body splitting partially in two and my heart opening outward and swirling around my body encasing it.

Opening and softening of the heart is what I desire because it is from that place that I can love.  And love, dear God, is what I seek. 

I pray that my world be one of gentleness where everyone feels worth.  I pray that my world be one of joy where everyone is in awe of life.  I pray that my world be one of authenticity where everyone is brave enough to go within and be who they are.  I pray that my world be one of acceptance where everyone knows that the world is a better place because they’re here.

I pray that my world be one where I’m  living life from the inside out, and “dance to the rhythm of my heart so that heaven can touch the earth through me”.

Thank you, dear God for listening to my prayer and blessing me with your love.

There’s a lifetime
Through the fog

A few weeks ago, I was awoken by a dream that incorporated a fog that seemed so dense that is was impenetrable.  Just as I approached the hanging cloud, it began to break apart and the illusion of the wall of condensation shattered.

Since that night, I have  been pondering the dream and what message it was bringing to me.  I’ve come to the conclusion that it was a parallel line to the process of spiritual awakening.

When we’re in the state of unawareness of self and Spirit, the meaning of life seems distant, unavailable, and hard to imagine.  The world of Spirit appears like a veil, not of lace, but of brick and mortar.  It resembles the fog in the early morning hours when it seems as if it will never lift.

As the process of spiritual awakening unfolds, it is not unlike the moment when you are engulfed in fog and begin to see the outline of objects directly in front of you.  You realize the veil of brick is really a veil of lace.  Images are fuzzy and distorted, but the illusion is being chipped away.  Spirit is felt and sensed, yet still mysterious.

Eventually, as morning blossoms, the fog disperses.  Pockets of clarity can be seen.  The sun pokes through the open spaces.  When pockets of clarity poke through spiritual awakening, it feels like the sunshine of beauty and love shine upon you.  Maybe not for great lengths of time, but for long enough to gain the realization that Spirit not only exists, but it is available for you.

Finally, on a foggy day, there comes a moment when you break free of the fog and this dewy fresh land emerges.  Everything is pristine and crisp.  So too, there comes a moment on the spiritual journey to awakening when you break free and step into the wonder and brilliance of understanding.

My hope for you and for me today is that we burst forth bravely from our foggy limitations and awaken from our illusions to see the clearness of who we really are… the perfect manifestations of God’s love!

“When angels visit us, we do not hear the rustle of wings, nor feel the feathery touch of the breast of a dove; but we know their presence by the love they create in our hearts.”

This past weekend I had an angel visit me with a message from God. She didn’t show up in a moment of prayer in a church, nor did she come at a time of great despair. She came down an aisle with a loaded cart in the middle of Target while I was working folding clothing in the girl’s section. We both were engrossed in our own worlds, I was attempting to finish a section of the store in a timely manner, and she was finding the last items on her Christmas wish list. When my angel couldn’t find her last Christmas wish list item, a coffee thermos, she stopped and asked me for directions. I answered her question, and we exchanged pleasantries.

Then, all of a sudden, her energy shifted. She instantly became more grounded and at peace. She touched my arm, and then her eyes welled up with tears. I was definitely taken aback and concerned all at the same time. Finally, she spoke words that for the rest of my life I will never forget. Through her tears she said, “I have to tell you something…do you realize how much our Father in Heaven loves you?”

With those words and the sincerity of which they were spoken, I began to cry as well. I thanked her and told her that that was the nicest thing anyone has ever said to me, and she replied, “No…thank you!” I watched, completely stunned, as she pushed her cart toward the coffee thermoses.

The energy that was exchanged between the two of us made my heart feel like it was melting and swirling with an incredible love that I have never experienced before. Even writing this down now, brings tears and that same sense of wonder. I know that woman was an angel because of the love she created within my heart.

Keep your eyes open my friends, for I know that God and angels can be found anywhere, even in Target! Happy angel searching and remember… you are loved so much by our Father in Heaven.

What if we – being from source, divine, essence of All – you know…

we are all part of deity that has come to earth as a part, in order to appreciate the whole better?

If you are wondering why you are feeling one way one week or month and then flip into another mode, take a look at this article. Those of you wondering about the New Earth, Earth changes, Shift of Earth Energy, Mother Earth “letting go”, your own ascension, enlightenment, or why you just know more for no apparent reason: you are not alone. Your experience of shift has occurred.  It is occurring still in other aspects of life on earth.

Much of your experience now is blessed with new sight.  You see differently.  You feel more deeply.

You connect more intimately from the (heart). Take now and expand the heart for that is where your knowing comes from. This is where your dreams reside and with the refocusing on the heart and away from the (old) memories of the old book of the soul you open the new book of the soul.  In it you find it resides in all of you.

The new book of the soul is a continuous wave that reaches the consciousness of what you call the Divine and tugs at your physical being to be allowed TO BE. This long lost being is found in the heart.  It hears your breath and the rhythm of universal life. It collects vibrations that match your hearts desires and leaves you hungry for more. It leaves you filled to overflowing with love and gratitude, wonder and passion. It flows with compassion and understanding, joy and life itself.  It manifests being from the beingness of al life and connects you intimately with your hearts desires. There is no limit here. There are only limitless bounty and abundance and it has been waiting for you for eons.

The new book of the soul is like no other before. It is the culmination of all that is contrast to what has once been said to be dark or lower vibration. This is enlightenment to the light of love. This is the squiggle and breath that resides so limitless and infinite through all beingness.

The new book of the soul moves and integrates with you and about you filling your cells and channels, your energy fields and those with whom you come into contact. Those is more than what you perceive, whether by sight or to be animate or alive. All is alive. All vibrates the energy of life. You are apart of it all and it a part of you and together you will feel at One.

The new book of the soul is connected and unified. It has neither depth nor depthlessness. It is the source of what you call Miracle. It is the source of the soul itself.

The new book of the soul has pages that are filled with your endless imagination. It can not hold karma. It can not hold memory. It only connects and moves; it integrates and connects. There is nothing faster calibrating, nor faster moving – not even light. This is beyond the Merkaba, beyond the state of mastery; for there is no light that is not shining, nor energy that is not vibrating perfectly in alignment with the source of the soul. There is nothing to master over. For divine understanding is relative and perfect as well.

The new book of the soul will be as coming home at last to the one you love most dear. You are at calm peace. You are confident and serene. You can not “slide” from this place or go back to where you thought you were. It is now and now IS.

The possibilities are endless and limitless. The human form has changed for those who have crossed over to the new book of the soul. We can now share this with you: the new book of the soul is like Atlantis in very small ways. The new book of the soul is how you say, heaven on earth. There is no death. There is no fear. There is only love. From now is now. Watch and know as you connect rapidly with those of your kind, with those crystal beings who were born unto you, with those who have traveled similar paths to come to be at one in what we call heaven on your earth.
It is not with some sadness you might feel regret and some aspects of grief upon leaving the earth you long knew. But how quickly love envelopes you, welcoming you into what you have longed for and prayed for and imagined.

You will find it fun and surprising at first how easily life becomes your hearts desires. It is exactly as if “no” is not uttered you. You become one with all and they feel their divine source through you and so pay service to their own self by serving you and those with whom you connect and who connect with you.

And so a family unlike the separateness you once knew grows in joy and thrives.

This is where your story begins.

This is where we will share the joy of being you.

The Angelic Realm Gives us Insight onto What Went Wrong and How We Can Stop Repeating Our Mistakes …IF We Want

First of all, your free will.: Keep it. Activate it. Act on it. Your free will is yours only – unique to every living being in the physical plane. With free will comes a unique creativity that can only be experienced on your physical plane. Embrace your free will.

Embrace your free will no matter what creative aspect comes of it. Creativity is divinely guided and lovingly inspired and that can not be stopped. The expression of creativity can manifest differently where free will meets fear. Fear is also a humanly unique experience that has been taught to the masses of all living beings who have encountered humans. It is a human gift of free will that has been expressed with less than divine outcomes – that is the outcomes that do not serve the bearer of free will’s highest good and the good of others – that has caused so much suffering, resistance and opposition in your realm.

When free will is allowed – that is given free reign through divine source – to express truth that serves one’s highest good and the good of others then the miracle of creation is experienced. This happens through conceiving and allowing the reproduction of a species. This happens through the shared joy of a celebration. This happens when something good is reaped from a less than divine situation. This happens when expansion of thought occurs. This happens whenever we breath.

Breath indeed is the allowing and accepting of all of life. Breath is universal on your planet. Air is abundant, free and limitless. No one does think before taking a breath, “Is there enough for me? Is there enough for others if I breathe in more deeply? When will the air I breathe run out? Shall I store extra air somehow for that eventuality?”  None of these have entered your conscious thinking at this level and therefore you are at peace with it as a species.

Think for a moment what has happened to water. Even those of you who have ample water sources that are potable buy extra water and bottle it when you have it flowing from your taps or bubbling through the land around you. You have some how created a fear of lack and limits surrounding the issue of the water you drink. And this happened slowly over hundreds of years. At some point someone thought to try to “sell” water…and by now most of you have also bought into the idea and think no less than buying water and settling into the mind set of lack.

The same thing had occurred with petroleum and oil, the liquid mineral that you have found takes you places and keeps you warm, cool, and dry all at the same time. It is a miracle the creativity of this discovery and yet over time you found a way to create a mind set of scarcity and lack. This happened more than once in your recent industrial history. But truly there is no lack.

There is no lack to the gifts mother earth has to offer. The illusions of fear that instill the mindset of lack and scarcity have created an energetic imbalance. Mother Earth will do all she can to correct the imbalance. And she does because she loves us. She may offer more rains, more sun or expel the earth from within the upper crust, providing nutrients and carbon for further growth and development of life.

And now most presently is the drama and energy around money. With more money than ever circulating in more places around the earth than ever, there exists, hilariously, a growing fear and mindset that there is not enough and that you will run out. People are throwing it away faster than it can be printed. Others are hoarding scarce minerals and stones to support the fear of scarcity and lack. On the one hand you fear it so much you beg for change. And of course, when change arises, heels are dug in and you fear that too. Not an easy thing to do!

And all of this is distraction. Your human and earth kinds are indeed experiencing an advancement of enlightenment that is one of its kind because never before has the earth been as populated as it presently is populated. So many souls have chosen to bear witness and experience this ascension process and the unity of all beings and that is why you are together here on earth to experience this ascension towards unity. To be part of heaven on earth.  Fortunately the distractions we talked about above are just that: distractions and nothing more. They are not powerful energetic movers. Fear is not the bulldozer here. Love is. Love moves. And love is the way home. And you all know this and that is why you are here today. You are all longing for home and you will find it one by one in your own heart and in the heart of the one next to you, where ever you are and are not.
